Phos Apps

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

1. Who we are

Phos Apps is the trade name of Leonel Hernán Sabio, located at 9 de Julio 188, Maquinista F. Savio (1620), Buenos Aires province, Argentina ("Phos Apps", "we"). For any question about this policy, write to contacto@phosapps.com.

2. Scope

This policy covers this website and the services and applications of Phos Apps, including our integration with Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which lets a business connect its WhatsApp Business account to its own management system (CRM).

3. What data we process

  • Website visits. We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider logs technical data (IP address, date and requested page) for security.
  • Contact. The data you send us by email: name, company, email address and whatever you tell us.
  • WhatsApp integration (business customers). When a business connects its WhatsApp Business account, we process: the account and phone number identifiers, the access token issued by Meta, the messages the account sends and receives, the contacts and chat history the business chooses to share when connecting, and Meta's notifications about the account status.

4. How we use it

Only to provide the service the business hired: delivering messages to its system, showing them on each customer's record and, where applicable, replying from there. We do not sell data, we do not use it for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models, and we do not combine it with other customers' data.

5. Our role

Regarding the messages and contacts of a business's WhatsApp account, that business is the data controller and Phos Apps acts as a data processor, on its behalf and following its instructions. Messages are delivered to and stored in the customer's own systems; we keep only what is strictly necessary to maintain the connection (identifiers and access token) while the service is active.

6. Who we share it with

  • Meta Platforms, as the provider of the WhatsApp Business Platform, under its own terms.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers (Google Cloud and Firebase), which host the service.
  • Authorities, only when required by law or court order.

These providers may have servers outside Argentina. We only work with providers that offer adequate data protection safeguards.

7. How long we keep it

While the service is active. When a business disconnects its account or the service ends, we delete the token and identifiers within 30 days. Contact emails are kept for as long as the business conversation lasts.

8. Security

Everything travels encrypted (HTTPS). Tokens are kept in restricted-access storage, and every notification from Meta is verified with its signature before being processed.

9. Your rights

You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to contacto@phosapps.com. If your data is in the system of one of our business customers, you can also ask that business directly. To delete WhatsApp integration data, see Data deletion.

Under Argentine Law 25,326 on personal data protection, you may exercise your right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown. The Argentine Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority of that law, handles complaints from anyone whose rights under data protection rules have been affected.

10. Minors

Our services are designed for businesses and are not directed at minors.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
