Terms
Last updated: October 23, 2026
1. The service
Phos Apps develops custom software and provides integration services, including connecting WhatsApp Business accounts to management systems through Meta's official API. The scope, timeline and price of each project are agreed in writing with each customer; these terms apply to anything that agreement does not cover.
2. Third-party accounts and services
The WhatsApp Business account, the phone number and the data in its conversations belong to the customer business, which may revoke our access at any time. Use of the WhatsApp Business Platform is also subject to Meta's terms and policies, which the customer accepts when connecting its account. Any charges Meta applies to messages are paid by the customer directly to Meta.
3. Acceptable use
The customer agrees to use the service lawfully and in line with Meta's policies, including not sending unsolicited or bulk messages without the recipients' consent.
4. Intellectual property
The content of this website and the Phos Apps name and logo belong to us. Ownership of custom software is governed by the agreement with each customer.
5. Liability
We work to keep our services running continuously and securely, but they depend on external providers (Meta, Google Cloud, internet providers) whose outages we do not control. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question during the last twelve months.
6. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our privacy policy.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic.
